When you submit a quote form we collect your vehicle registration, name and phone number. We do not collect payment details on this site.

2. Why we collect it

So ELH Custom Remapping can contact you with your quote and arrange a booking. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.

3. Lawful basis (UK GDPR)

Article 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract (responding to your quote request) and Article 6(1)(a) — consent (for any future marketing, which you can withdraw at any time).

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 24 months. Customer records (work carried out) are kept for 7 years to comply with HMRC requirements.

5. Cookies & tracking

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and standard ad-platform measurement to attribute leads from our adverts. These technologies set first- and third-party cookies and may collect IP address and browser data. You can opt out at any time using your browser settings or the platform's privacy tools.
